Once upon a time, people would have found all these flavour fusions disgusting. Give them their meat and potatoes, they'd say. Now they pay top dollar for the very same things they wrinkled their noses at! I don't understand them.

Me, I'll eat anything.

Lemongrass and shrimp is hardly a fusion; it's simple good sense.
